Digitat Concepts warrants their products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years; covering parts and labor from the original date of purchase. This two year warranty is specific from the date of purchase shown on your receipt, so make sure you save your receipt!
To obtain a repair or a replacement within the terms of our warranty, simply return our product with proof of purchase receipt, description of defect, with a small transportation prepaid check or money order of $3USD to:

While under our valid warranty period, defective products may be returned to the Digitat Service Department without prior authorization for service and repair for a flat fee of $3 to cover the cost of shipping. Out-of-warranty items may be returned for service and repair for a flat fee. Digitat Concepts does reserve the right to charge an additional fee for products with extensive physical damage however, we will not proceed with service without your authorization.
