Thank you for choosing Digitat concepts as your partner for logo enhanced technology products. Below is some basic policies that govern your use of our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to these Terms & Conditions in which are listed below.
Art Chargers
Pricing included on this website includes all art chargers up to 2 hours. Any art requiring additional time will be subject to $35 per hour each additional.
Artwork
The higher the resolution of the Logo being sent depends on the quality of the imprint on the product without the loss of sharpness of the details of your artwork. Artwork should be sent in Adobe Illustrator .Ai, or Photoshop.PSD files. Artwork should be at 600dpi or higher.
Cancellation Charges
Once the order is approved and has gone to production the order cannot be changed or edited. In the event that we have not finished production and are able to make changes to the order without additional costs, we will gladly make the changes at no additional cost. IF the order cannot be changed you will be charged for any material costs that will be needed to change the order. All changes must be confirmed in writing by email to cs@digitatconcepts.com.
Copyright & Trademark Laws
Digitat Concepts assumes that any artwork in which is being submitted for reproduction was submitted by its partner in full compliance with the laws governing trademarks, and copyright. Purchaser agrees that by placing the order, agree not to hold Digitat Concepts responsible for any damages, expenses and or costs arising under the laws as a consequence of Digitat Concepts use of the artwork provided.
Currency and Pricing
All pricing listed on the Digitat Concepts website is listed in US Dollars, and we will happily convert your order to the currency rate specified at the time of the order. All pricing listed includes all set up costs, & art charges for the order. All pricing is listed is FOB Florida unless otherwise stated.
Force Majeure
Digitat Concepts makes every effort possible to make your in hands date. Digitat Concepts cannot be responsible for any failure to deliver as a result of US Customs Holds or Delays, Labor Strikes, Congestion At The Port of Entry, Homeland Security Holds Or Delays, Natural Disasters (I.E. Tsunami, Earthquakes, Flooding, Hurricanes, Tornados etc.)
Limitation of Liability
Digitat Concepts will replace goods from the point of shipment in the event of a defect in material or workmanship received within 15 days after date of shipment. At Digitat Concepts discretion liability shall not exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product which shall first be replaced as preferred method.
Over and Underruns:
All orders are subject to overruns or underruns with a variance of 4% – 8%.
Product Pricing
All pricing shown includes all setup, and art costs, and is FOB Florida. Any pricing discussed by account manager must be placed with account manager and not from the website. All website pricing will be invoiced as stated and will not be adjusted to reflect any previously offered pricing. Pricing is subject to change without notice
Production Proofs
Production proofs will be emailed unless otherwise noted on the purchase order. Production time will begin from the proceeding business day after receipt of written proof approval.
Please note that there is no refund or credit given for any art errors that occurs after artwork approval.
Production Time
All production time is listed on the site and is listed in working days. Rush services are available at additional costs. Please contact your account manager or customer service for more additional information on time sensitive or for specific in hands date requests.
Representation
We have made every effort possible to ensure that all product sizes, descriptions, specifications, images and virtual profs created are true and accurate. Please note that due to screen color variations, and other color factors, we highly encourage the use of pantone color number call outs, and or pre-production samples to ensure that your product is exactly what you are expecting.
Sample Policy
Digitat concepts will provide random samples free of charge, but shipping charges will be shipped on your preferred shipping carrier account. Spec samples will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and set up charges may apply to any 4 color, transfer printed, laser engraved, pad printer, debossed, embossed, silk screened, or pad printed items. Any charges that apply will be refunded at the time of production order as long as artwork remains the same for approval process.
Shipping:
All pricing listed is FOB Florida unless stated otherwise. All packaging dimensions, weights, inner carton, and master carton quantities are approximate and are subject to change without notice. All orders will be responsible for delivery of costs from our warehouse in Pompano Beach Florida, 33063. Please note that any requested shipment adjustments must be made at least 48 hours before requested ship date to ensure adjustment and modifications are made accordingly. If no carrier is selected on your order FedEx is our preferred carrier. Ground shipping cut off time will be 2:00p.m. EST. Express shipping cutoff time will be 4:00p.m EST.
International Shipments
We will gladly ship international shipments at no additional charge. Additional information will be needed, and will be required at the time of the order.
Shipping on Own Account
This encouraged and preferred at the time of your order please make sure to include your preferred carrier, account number, and billing zip code, and we will process your order accordingly on your account at no additional charge.
Split Shipments, Drop Shipments
Additional charges will apply for additional location shipments. Drop shipments are included in the price and will be shipped on your preferred carrier account.
Shipment Complaints
All shipment complaints must be received within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Any claims that concern delayed merchandise must be made directly to the carrier as it is not the responsibility of Digitat Concepts once the carrier has possession of the order.
Digitat Concepts reserves the right to change specifications, discontinue the product offered without incurring any obligation to the customer.
